Class Schedule

Wednesdays: 6:15am-7:15am  Barre Burn w/Heather 

Saturdays: 9:00-10:00 am (60 minute) Barre Burn w/Brookes  


Sundays: 2:30-3:30 pm (60 minute) Barre w/Heather 


Recommended Equipment: 

  • Yoga mat
  • 1-3 lbs weights
  • 5-8 lbs weights (optional)
  • Hand towel or pair of socks (for gliders)
  • Small pilates ball (optional)
  • Resistance bands (optional)
