Online Fitness Classes

A fitness experience unlike ever before.

Here at WoCo Fit we strive to not only bring you fitness classes that are challenging and transformative, but also fun, encouraging and life-giving.

These classes are tough. Really tough. But we also hope that you feel seen, known, loved, encouraged and like you just honored God with your body when you leave a WoCo Fit class.

All Classes are currently FREE .

We ask that you join the Zoom link (see below) 5-10 minutes early to stretch, engage in conversation, and share with the instructor your personal requests, injuries, etc.

Weekly Class Schedule

Mondays: 6:15-7:15am (60 minute) Barre Burn w/rotating instructors (Heather & Brookes)

 

Tuesdays: 7:15-8:00am (45 minute) Barre Burn (using Loop Bands) w/Holly  

 

Wednesdays: 6:15am-7:00am (45 minute) Barre Burn w/Heather + Live Devotion immediately following class (7:15-8:00 am)

 

Thursdays: 7:00-7:45 am (45 minute) HIIT Cardio w/Katherine 

 

Fridays: 6:15 am (60 minute) Barre w/Heather Holland on Heather’s IG LIVE

 

Saturdays: 8:30-9:30 am (60 minute) Barre Burn w/Holly  

 

Sundays: 2:30-3:30 pm (60 minute) Barre w/Heather 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recommended Equipment: 

  • Yoga mat
  • 1-3 lbs weights
  • 5-8 lbs weights (optional)
  • Hand towel or pair of socks (for gliders)
  • Small pilates ball (optional)
  • Resistance bands (optional)
