What it includes:
• A 50-minute initial appointment where we review your personal and family health history, current medications and supplements, nutrition and lifestyle habits, symptoms, and overall wellness goals.
• Follow-up: Tailored lab orders are created based on your assessment. Follow-up visits (typically 50 minutes) allow us to review results, adjust your wellness plan, and continue optimizing your health over time.
• Goal: To create a personalized, long-term health plan that meets your unique needs. -

NEW PATIENT
READ PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
To establish care, we require a two-appointment PACKAGE (in-person or virtual).
1— The First Visit includes a 50-minute comprehensive health consult with one of our skilled registered nurses.
At this appointment, we will discuss your entire health history, review your current nutrition, lifestyle, medications and supplements, and discuss any symptoms and concerns. We then tailor a detailed lab evaluation just for you.
2—The Second Visit is a 50-minute consultation with one of our Board Certified Nurse Practitioners.. During this session, your lab results will be thoroughly reviewed with a provider, and a personalized care plan will be developed. This plan may include recommendations for diet and lifestyle changes, supplements, and, if necessary, medication or hormone therapy.
Cost— $600
You are welcome to pay either 50% or 100% of your new patient package at your first visit. The remainder is due at your second appointment.
ESTABLISHED PATIENTS
We offer several follow-up visit options for patients who have already established care:
50-Minute Follow-Up (Virtual or In-Person)
Starting at $300. This comprehensive visit allows for an in-depth review and continued quality care.
25-Minute Follow-Up (Virtual or In-Person)
Starting at $175. These shorter appointments are available as-needed at your provider’s discretion and are intended for simple check-ins throughout the year. Please note, if you have not had a comprehensive lab review and visit within the past 12 months, a 50-minute consultation is required, as 25-minute visits often do not provide sufficient time for thorough care.
10-Minute RN Visit (Virtual Only) $80. This visit helps to stay supported and connected between appointments. This brief virtual or phone visit is designed as a check-in with one of our Registered Nurses. It's perfect for follow-up questions between provider visits, urgent needs that don't require a full appointment, or a review of a recent lab value or image reviewed by your provider prior to the visit.

The Women’s Health Company, LLC operates as a cash-pay, fee-for-service clinic, allowing us to dedicate adequate time and offer truly personalized attention to each individual—something often restricted by traditional insurance coverage. For this reason, we do not accept insurance plans directly.
However, you can still use your insurance benefits to order blood tests through LabCorp if needed. Additionally, we gladly accept HSA and FSA cards for your convenience.
Prior to your first visit, a non-refundable $10 charge will be processed to reserve your appointment. We will securely keep your payment card on file and invoice the remaining balance during your visit, as well as for any future appointments. Rest assured, your payment information is handled with the utmost security.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel 24 or more hours before your appointment: no fee applies
Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment: a 50% fee will be charged
No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment: full fee applies
