Hi sweet friend!

Welcome to my little cozy corner in the world of Women’s Health! As the leaves are changing, the air is crisp, and a new season is taking root, I hope you’ll join me on this journey of learning, sharing, and grasping a deeper understanding of what it means to be a healthy woman! Trust me, it’s a never-ending yet glorious journey.

What I’ve found is that being healthy has only a part to do with our physical bodies. It’s just as much, if not more, deeply intertwined with our hearts, minds, relationships, and identities. That being said, our physical beings play a huge role in our mental and spiritual health AND vice versa.

My intention for this piece of the site (the “Women’s Health” blog) is to simply share with you knowledge regarding all areas of whole health pertaining to you as a woman. Most things I will share will be rooted in solid, evidence-based research, but I am sure I will also occasionally add some bits of my own personal experience as well as other women who permit me to do so. After all, we were made for community right?
